Upscale prohibition themed restraint and bar. Two different venues under one roof; Gatsby's and Capone's. Food was or will be prize-winning and at reasonable price.

Mushroom burger was probably the best I have ever had. Great Gatsby decor is outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

Heard about this place on the radio. I think it’s criminal I haven’t been here before. The atmosphere is like a local diner mixed with a pub and stocked with the coolest people. Everyone was really nice and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had. For the food it is important to note they partner with local farmers and let me tell you, you can tell. The beef is definitely top quality. First I started with my favorite drink and got a White Russian. Did not disappoint very well balanced. I had to try two of their burgers and even though I’m in pain from eating too much it was worth it! I tried their Coalition Burger and don’t forget the peanut butter. The egg and bacon were cooked very well. I asked for a fried egg and the cook didn’t kill it which was a breath of fresh air. I got it on the Texas toast but it does come on a brioche bun normally. I also got the potato salad which was a gamble since I don’t normally like potato salad outside of Moms’ but again exceeded my expectations. For the second burger I got the squealing gangster. The aioli sent it over the top! The combination of the aioli, beef, and Canadian bacon was delicious to say the least. I may live 30 min away but I tell you what I bringing my friends here! Have so much more I NEED to try! Do yourself a favor and stop in!!!!

Wow! What a huge classy upscale bar/restaurant decorated and furnished to the Prohibition era with gorgeous chandeliers of every style hanging from the ceilings. We ordered seasoned fries and the coalition burger which has been nominated for top burger in Iowa. Didn't disappoint us either. And topped it off with warm melt in your mouth peach bread pudding. General manager Krystina was most gracious and accommodating serving us. We so enjoyed the company, atmosphere and our delicious meal. Dennis Kluesner - Joyce Gibbs (author)

Great food, better than I would have expected. Tenderloin and shrimp were great. I will definitely be back next time I'm passing by town!

The restaurant theme is the 1920s, They are even dressed up as part of the theme. They do have live music sometimes and themed music. There's a place to dine outside and plenty of art to see. They have a yummy alcohol selection, and the food is amazing.

The food was excellent and the staff was super friendly. The atmosphere is great, and it really feels old time-ish. It's definitely worth checking out.
